Beth is an assistant professor of cooperative education at Antioch College where she mentors fieldwork and work-based undergraduate research and is liaison to the science division and the Japanese culture and language program. She teaches reskilling and resilience courses within a pedagogic framework of democratic education, differentiated learning, and peer-to-peer teaching. With expertise in regenerative agriculture and sustainability, she is interested in intersections of traditional ecological knowledge, environmental justice and community-based inquiry.
